Don’t Experiment When It Counts
Here’s the truth most people don’t want to hear:
The first time you work with a makeup artist—especially before a major event or camera moment—is not the time to reinvent yourself.
My job is to help you look the way you want to look on camera. That requires stability. Familiarity. A baseline.
Trying a brand-new look with a brand-new artist creates too many variables. Even if you look great, there’s a strong chance you won’t feel great—because you’re not used to seeing yourself that way yet.
Confidence comes from recognition.
If we’re working together for the first time, show me:
Makeup you already love on yourself
Products you feel comfortable wearing
The version of you that feels safe on camera
We start there.
Then—if the vibe is right—we experiment, build, and evolve.
Stability first.
Artistry second.
Magic comes after that.
