To Lash—or Not To Lash

Simple. Chic. Natural lashes.

If you’re a lash wearer, you know there’s a point where they feel non-negotiable. For years, I thought I couldn’t live without mine—and the individuals? Forget it. Then an allergy to eyelash glue forced me to rethink everything. Suddenly, I was exploring my face without them, figuring out how to make this mug look cute on its own.

Luckily, lashes are disappearing everywhere in fashion in favor of barely-there beauty, so perhaps this was a blessing in disguise. Sometimes in beauty, sometimes in life—you’ve got to pivot. It pushed me to experiment, embrace simplicity, and focus on what truly makes me feel confident.

And honestly? I think it’s a gift, not a curse. This journey taught me that confidence, polish, and style aren’t about what’s glued on—they’re about how you own your face. Lashes are fun, but owning your natural look? That’s next-level beauty.

With intention,
♡ Remi O.
