Makeup By Remi – Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing Makeup By Remi! Please review our service policies before booking.

Booking & Deposits

  • Bookings are confirmed with a written hold and 50% non-refundable deposit.

  • One complimentary reschedule with 72+ hours’ notice; changes within 72 hours: $50 fee.

Cancellations

  • After confirmation: 50% fee

  • Within 24 hours: 100% fee

  • Multi-day bookings: 5 business days’ notice required to avoid full charges

Rates & Locations

  • Rates include one client; each additional client: $100

  • Multiple locations: $100 per additional location (even if nearby)

  • Overtime billed at 1.5x hourly rate

  • On-site fee: 20% for services outside the studio

  • Kit fee: $75 for 2+ models; $25 per additional model

  • Assistants may be required for multiple clients or complex bookings

Travel & Expenses

  • $500/day for travel/prep without active service

  • Clients cover approved expenses (travel, accommodation, rentals)

  • $50/day meal per diem per team member during travel

Payment

  • Private clients: full payment at service

  • Commercial clients: Net 30

  • Late payments: 1.5% monthly finance charge

  • Accepted methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo (3.8% fee), Wire ($35), Zelle

Photos

  • Behind-the-scenes content may be used for promotion.

  • Opt out by notifying us in writing before the session.
